Salary £3,286.40 per annum
Hours 5 hours per week (3.5 on Saturdays and 1.5 worked flexibly)
Duration: 1 Year (Expectation to remain in post/within the organisation subject to funding)

The Successful applicants will need to be available to attend some midweek training as part of the onboarding process.

We are seeking a dedicated Community Engagement Worker to facilitate a weekly drop-in style service offering support and advice for men, particularly those from uniformed services (military, police, fire, and emergency services) as well as a weekly evening military dads’ peer led chat group, providing vital support for male veterans or men who are currently serving. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space where men can connect, access support, and engage in open conversations about their experiences and wellbeing.
